   Inventory that does not fit our retail workflow sits here, while smaller resellers and repair shops are always looking for devices to buy.

   Focus

   Sorting inventory into 10 to 100 device lots with known issues disclosed, and building a waitlist of buyers so we know what to match them with.

   Most resale content is about individual flips instead of building something that keeps working after the flip.

   Documenting buying, pricing, true margin, inventory velocity, cash flow, fraud, returns, and operations.
