   Acquires devices.

   SellMac buys Apple devices from consumers, businesses, schools, and organizations.

   The hard part is not the buying. It is deciding what thousands of different Mac configurations are actually worth. Model, specs, condition, current market prices, resale value, how much of that inventory we already have, and how much risk we are taking on all move the number.

   Most of the work here is making that decision faster, more consistent, and less dependent on somebody remembering what a machine sold for last month.

2. Techable

   Sells and supports technology.

   Techable sells technology, with a heavy focus on Apple products.

   That means inventory, marketplaces, fulfillment, customer support, warranties, pricing, product data, and wholesale transactions. It also means the physical side: receiving, testing, grading, photographing, listing, packing, and shipping.

   Most of the interesting problems in this business look boring from the outside. They are about how a device moves through a building without anybody touching it more times than necessary.

3. SafeTech Warranty

   Protects devices after the sale.

   Selling technology creates a problem after the sale. Things break. People need somebody to call.

   SafeTech Warranty exists because that problem was already ours whether we had a product for it or not.

4. Secure365

   Builds the software and automation behind the businesses.

   Secure365 grew out of the software problems inside the other companies. Pricing tools, inventory, integrations, reporting, websites, automation.

   It builds websites, internal software, integrations, automation, and AI tools around real operating problems. The advantage is that we are usually building for a process we run ourselves.
